Keeping in view the safety of girls, we at Saai Memorial train the students to defend themselves. In the contemporary world, the fairer sex should be equipped with a self-defense mechanism, to encounter the anti-social elements if need arises. Thus to fulfill this requirement, Judo, a marital art, is taught to girls under an expert guidance. The learning of this art instilling in them a confidence, as they are now ready for combat too.
